The ICVR is grounded to the wrong area. It should look like this when it is hooked up correctly.

the ICVR is grounding out to the wrong place causing your gauges to pin. remove the cluster and do a thorough inspection.

To change it You need the special equipment to crack open the reservoir..get the correct push rod and require the special equipment to put it back together. Just get the other one rebuilt and have some piece of mind .
