I have the Roush double bar brace over my supercharger and still retain the stock hood. It does however rub the hood blanket and I have since removed it and painted the hood. Don't know if the M90 supercharger is higher than the Whipple but if the brace clears it, the hood should too.

Almost forgot, dawn will not remove synthetic polishes like Zaino, and you must use the simple low cost bottle. Don't use dawn that contains any additives, just get the plain dawn. The additives can cause hazing and residue. It's a cheap solution that should work well..

For a Roush, a CAI and pulley swap are the easiest and most bang for the buck. The pulley's I'm talking about are for Roushcharged systems. Don't know what a pulley upgrade would do to a non-charged motor. They will however void the warranty. If that doesn't mean anything to you, go for it...
