Damn that's what I thought. I may have to finish painting mine and sell it and get one with an internal one. Maybe someoen will come up with a less labor intensive procedure. If I run it w/o the EGR will it cause any drivability or MPG issues?

I bought a Explorer intake that I was told had the internal EGR, however I have since found out it is an external EGR one. My question is: Is there any way I can use my EGR or maybe one from an Explorer to retain an EGR?

Heh mine only worked right to left on one side and up and down on the other. I just replace both now they work fine.

Try cleaning out the throttle body and IAC, could have a lot of carbon build up. Gas may be bad too.

Oh trust me they are! Have some used GT lights on the way and once the paint is done I'll do Cobra's. We know we won't ever get all our money out of it but we don't care, we just want to have some fun building it and driving it.

Guy primers the car but doesn't do ANY bodywork and doesn't even get the rust off like here..
