Looks good man...I have a set of these sitting in my room (got the deal too)...do you have any side pics? I'm a little concerned about the sidewall as well...I'm gonna have to go aggressive with my front tires to match the rear sidewall.

Gears are definitely something I wouldn't give a buddy a case of beer to install...bring them to a professional, so if they whine on you they'll fix it. I had my 3.73s installed for $350 (not including parts) about 5 years ago.

Looks great man...I think its time for some 18s to help balance out that bumper...it looks pretty big against the 17s.
