    Waste gate question/he

I didn't know where to post this, so ima give it a shot here. I just purchased a lil twin turbo set-up. Nothing huge. Twin T25Gs for the 306. However the pneumatic actuators for the internal wastegates didn't come with them. Now, I am pretty turbo-illiterate, so I've been doing as much...

    Stock moter spark plug gap?

Thought my 86 5.0 was experiencing some massive blowby. Though I had one case where my #8 plug was covered in oil about a month ago, but checking my plugs again yesterday, they were bone dry with normal burn on the electrodes. Wound up changing my plugs and needed to know the gap, found this...

Car dies when hot, needs help!!! =(

The Car: 1995 GT coupe. 210k miles. Auto. The Scenario: Vegas. Its about 105 degrees out. Driving, of course, then the car sputters all on its own, and quickly just dies. Fact is, when some component in the car gets too hot, it cuts power, and car just takes a dump. The closest comparison I...

    My Current V6 Build *DUW*

Here is my new addition. Bought this all today from a local guy who was gonna put it all on his V6, and his plans fell through. Sold it to me for $60 bucks. The pod, Oil Temp gauge, Water Temp gauge, and Tranny Temp gauge. I prolly wont use all the gauges, Ill use the...

    Speed of my V6 Mustang.

Whatever route you take [turbo, twin turbo, supercharger, stroker, etc] and however you go about to get that stuff, its not going to be cheap. Youll find a deal here and there but youll have to definately pay to play. I think within the past 4 years Ive invested an extra $20,000 into my car...

    Tire/rim size question.

As long as you drop the car with some good lowering springs after increasing rim size, youll be absolutely fine. Should look awesome! :nice:

    94 mustang 3.8 engine compatibility

The basic short block is the exact same, even included in Windstar minivans, not just Tbirds and Mustangs. Even the F150 V6s, theyre just "stroked" to a 4.2L. Theyre all the same in the long run, what you need to keep in mind is the setup you would want between the single-port V6 [94-98 mustang]...

    Cold Air Intake

This was on my 86 hatchback. Simple materials, slapped a few coats of spraypaint and some rubber cement, installed, instant CAI. Worked awesome, I definately felt a difference, and even better that I always had nice cold air everyday [this was in Alaska]. No MAF setup here, it was a speed...

    Cold Air Intake

Make your own, PVC pipe. Its what JLT uses, they just make it look pretty and sophisticated then puts a huge price on it. Did it for my 86 5.0, then did it for the Sixxx. Probably about 20 bucks spent [if you dont already have some materials in the garage] each time after they were completed.

    My Current V6 Build *DUW*

So after spending a whole damn day of tracking down people Ive bought parts from since 2007, found out the aftermarket K-member I bought from him is NOT the brand of QA1. Its UPR Chromoly, so that just adds more to the weight reduction. Believe the difference with the two is 10lbs; swapping to...
