    Where to buy a full 3G Alternator kit these days

    It's dead simple to get the parts together that you need, alternator with connector, 4 gauge cable, 150 amp fuse...I bought the cable and fuse at a stereo shop, and the alt of the interweb. Sorry, can't help with the kit though, did you google it and see what comes up?

    It's not a bad/noisy injector? (just grasping at straws here) Can you replicate the tick by turning it over by hand?

    Good fan, I have used it before. Pretty fat though, if you ever plan on getting a supercharger, it won't fit.

    The fittings are the Moroso ones here: Moroso 22635 - Moroso Vacuum Pump Fittings - Overview - SummitRacing.com I did put a "safety wire" tied so if they ever come loose, they won't drop. As for the balancer, I have a new ford racing one, but was thinking of getting something better, cheap...

    I had to explain what the C/C plates were and what the bump-steer was to the shop that did mine.....but found a great shop after the fact who knows what they are doing...they will be doing the alignment when the new rack goes in...

    I'm not sure, that's why I mentioned calling Comp, I have a custom grind which is the way to go...no cam expert here, just that the Ford letter cams are old as ****, newer better stuff has come out in the time being....and 20/30hp is alot to ditch, IMO...and my car runs all day long in the city...

    You are still leaving alot on the table with that cam, I'm positive you can have a streetable cam that will make better power than that...something to look into before you commit to it

    Just the 170 Performer RPMs with 2.02's...I think they will be my choke point, but not sure if I want to buy some Trickflows or just be happy with what I have...not alot of used heads up here, so new would be the only way to go...

    Not bad news at all, it is what it is! I am looking at about 12 psi also, and have a custom cam for it, and I sure will be getting a tune while on the dyno! I have koni yellows that are getting coil-overs soon, running the eibach pro kit with eibach sways and cheap upper/lower control arms...

    The intake is a cleaned-up EFI hurricane (professional chinese products), and it all is under the stock hood, for now. I am on the hunt for a cowl hood to keep things cooler under there....
