i know this was old but an update anyway!!! 12.9 @ 105 with 280 hp and 325 tq COULDN'T LEAVE IT ALONE COULD I!! ported the heads, edelbrock rpm II ported, 42 # injectors( not needed-i know) now 300hp and 310 tq................gained 20 and lost 15!!! now maybe a bigger cam and 4.10...

i'd go 42. i'm ditching my 24's so i can spray too lol.

in my opinion, buy nice uppers and lowers because 1)they are stronger 2)have new bushings 3) i still think this is considered a stock suspension car. i was gonna do the same thing, but by the time i replaced the bushings it already was not worth it.

i had clearance problems with my longtubes. i bought the flaming river shaft and it solved the problem. it is a nice piece. i was pissed though, this is just another one of those nockel and dime things.

mine did the same thing and it was the throttle cable sticking. it just needed some lithium grease and some time. my car was "jerky".....the first half inch of pedal travel was sticky.

cut the rivits off of the brackets and use a bolt and nut instead. turn the brackets and bend them. it was kinda a pain, but mostly because they are heavy and i had to put them in and take them out several times. run power to the existing wires for the drivers seat.....passenger seat is not...

emblem and 05 stang seats. i like them a lot. carpet & interior are work in progress. i do have more trim parts if i get sick of the red stuff.

runs 12.9's i know its got a lot more in it if i drive better...

i also have a 75mm pro m mass air meter i am going to try............. i guess you guys can see why its a tough choice. i just got the rpm II and the gt40 is running excellent so yes, very tough.:shrug:

i have been told that my tubular gt40 is holding me back from making the power i should. i just got a rpm II but i am hesitant to change. should i change?? car currently has 280hp and 325tq at the wheels which seems odd to me.:shrug:

i'm hearing the c&l is not good. the pro m has a aluminum elbow on it which is a plus because i need to replace the rubber elbow anyway.....,
