I can turn the bottom nut but it seized up near the bottom of the bolt, so when I go to tighten or loosen the nut it just spins the bolt. So now I cant even put washers on the bolt if I wanted too :notnice: .I'm just going to have to stop being lazy and just take off the whole cross member and...
