I own a 2010 GT with the TrackPack option. I've driven a 2011 auto and a 2010 GT500 and can compare the three. Yes, the 2011 is fast, but it does not handle as well as my 2010. However, both handle better than the GT500, in my opinion. Maybe the lighter 2011 GT500 will be a different story.

My manual 2010 GT with TrackPack and 3.73 gears handles better than the auto GT 5.0 with the standard gears I drove.

The 06 & 07 GTs seem to be really bad with this hood problem. I had it on mine. The V-6s don't seem to have it, nor does my 2010 GT.

I'd be interested to see the numbes for 2009. I see tons of used 2006-2008 GTs out there, but hardly any 09's, even the V-6s. I realize the 09's are newer and not as likely to be traded, but I don't even see them driving much. Ford must have cut productin way back on the last year of that...

Other than the power, the differences in the GT are not obvious from a driver standpoint. A 2010 GT with the TrackPack option handles better than the 2011 in my opinion. Of course, as I stated, the power is very noticeable.

$27988 is too much for a deluxe. My loaded premium with a MSRP of $35,610 was only $27,500.

I paid $27,500 for a loaded premium 2010 GT w/TrackPack (MSRP $35,610) two months ago. I figure I saved $8K over a 2011. I could have gotten a bast GT for $22,900. Awesome prices. It is funny, the V-6s are not being discounted like this here.

Five oh, the Flex really does drive nicely. I think I would much rather own one that your average SUV.

My advice is to enjoy! They are fun little cars. They may not be to coveted new 5.0, but with proper set up, they will get the job done. Congrats.

It is hard to tell. The emblem is also on the red one on top of the hauler. I doubt they are still delivering 2010s, so I believe it.

Hey, those Flex crossovers are nice. I don't like crossovers and I hated the Flex at first. Then I looked at one. They are pretty sweet. I didn't know they offered the 355hp Ecoboost, as I've never seen one on a lot with that set up. Sweet. Too bad I just bought a new famiy vehicle!
