Crank case pressure. I actually have 5 breathers on it and I don't have any issues with crank case pressure, but I SURE DID when it was only one breather per side.

The back seats need to be trimmed on the plastic underside to fit over the tunnel. I don't use the back seats so they are more cosmetic in my car, so I'd say you might want to x-brace behind the backs if you intended to have passengers in there. And yes, some simple wiring makes all the power...

The actually seat portion sits lower than stock.

With a little work to the brackets and bit of welding ability to weld on new front mounting plates, they will certainly work nicely. They sit a bit lower than the stock seats, which I like as well. Let me tell you, these are a MASSIVE improvement in the comfort department over the stock Fox seats.
