Since you have nothing when you activate the switch I would start there and trace it back. I would guess the problem is closer to the fuse panel or multifunction switch rather than at the headlight harness.

Have you checked/replaced the fuse? And both flashers? The hazard lights and turn signals use their own dedicated flasher on these cars. Do you hear anything when you activate the turn signal lever?

Grounds. Make sure all of your grounds are solid and clean. Check to be sure the ground strap from the rear of the engine on the cylinder head to the firewall is present and attached as well.

I ordered this same console from someone other than LMR. The unit I received did not have the scotchlok on it.

The difference is where the pipe enters/exits the muffler. If you buy a muffler with a center exit you will likely have issues with tailpipe alignment. Unless you have a custom pipe fabricated.

That is the main ground for the CPU. You need that. Should be connected to the battery harness and engine block near the oil filter.
