I'm shopping for a use Stang....was there much difference between 05 and 06 models? I see some of both on the used lots around town. Gt's go for just under 20k where I live. So...05 or 06? :shrug:

Hmm, that is bad news. My doors are way too far gone. The undersides of the door body is rusted through on both doors. I could skin them but would still have huge holes in the bottom. I guess I could try to weld patches in there but it would look like crap. :shrug: Anyone got an idea of...

I don't see much chatter about the repro door shells that are available. I imagine they will have to be tediously fitted to the body...anyone used these successfully? My former "parts only" car ( a C code coupe with lots of rust) may get to the point where I want to go ahead and fix it up...
