    I have and this is what I found out I liked I like the tri ax handle and the pro 5.0 shifter so thats what I use now its a combo of the 2 you buy the pro 5.0 shifter and you can buy the tri ax handle. I also like that steeda knob with the rubber around it.

    Do not mix the 2 fluids if you are doing a total flush with a T-tech machine or something like that then I recommend the merc V but if you are just topping off it is regular dex mercon.

    Royal Purple is pretty good as well and I have used Mobil1 on occasion when I cannot get my grubby hands on amsoil

    Justin I would say get it and then try it. Go to a shop with a dyno dyno it without the pro-m then try it with the pro-m and see what happens make sure you have an Air Fuel ratio and see if it runs lean or rich or stych.

    I have been very lucky with my E-cam I used to run a P head setup til I blew it apart now I have a crate engine from Ford with the turbo swirl heads and E-cam my car idles good with it for some odd reason??

    I use the amsoil full synth. atf in my tranny and power steering fluid as well its great no problems at all and thats 179K on a stock t-5 and 6 years of drag racing.

    personally the afr or trick flows are mo betta in my opinion. How low of compression you wanna go? I would keep it close to stock comp.
