It does in efficiency, and it is lighter... a proper X-pipe.

+1 on the x-pipe, it performs better and if you get the right mufflers it sounds just as good if not better.

My 3650 in my mach has handled about 30,000 + miles on 100 and 125 shots, all i had to do is replace the clutch to actually get the power to the wheels. may be a better "budget" way to go:shrug:

I have 2 chamber Delta on my mach1 with shorties and OR-X, and i love it. It doesn't drone very bad, and sounds good but not obnoxious..... then get above 3500rpm and it sounds like a monster!:nice: P.S The deltas are the quieter of the 2 but are supposed to flow just as well if not better...

+1 on Mobil1 ATF, I had really good luck just using the hand pump that screws onto the fluid bottle and going through the screw in plug, got it from advanced auto real cheap, It beats having to replace the shifter seal. I heard that ford revised fluid amount for the 3650 to 3.55..... thats what...

Get some good mufflers and call it done. I have an offroad X on my mach with flowmaster 2 chambers and its not raspy, and the drone isn't bad. its nice at low RPM then 3500 and up it sounds like a monster.
