I will be honest, I didn't read alllll of this so if this was asked, sorry. Did you tighten the lower control arms with the rear end/suspension hanging? Or was it jacked up to ride height and tightened? If hanging, it could be your issue.

And a 93 cobra booster or sn95 booster.

You say starter is new. Was the car making this noise so you put a new starter in and it is still making this noise? Or, did you put a new starter in and THEN it started making this noise? I am with the others, this sounds like the starter is toast.

Low fuel pressure can also be the S hose cracked on the fuel pump.

Can you post pictures? Are you talking about rustproofing spray or just faded paint? If it is undercoating/rustproofing there are companies that use dry ice to remove it.
