I have 04 Mach 1 springs in mine and really like the ride. I also have the factory front struts from the same car. Made the ride considerably better over the stock ride. I had 18's on my car when I purchased it and sold them. They slowed me down at the track.

I just read the specs on the TFS Stage 1 and it is almost indentical to the E303. But with all the info you all have given me I'm leaning hard towards the TFS. Oh and I should mention I still have to pass emmisions with my car every 2 years. Is the TFS stage 1 good for emissions??

No reason. I actually have a buddy who wants to sell me a B cam for $100. But I don't really feel like that is the best deal on a cam with 50,000 miles on it. and to be honest I didn't even consider going outside of ford.
