    What is it worth?

This doesn't sound right. Be careful. No such thing as a 1965 GT350H. They were only made in 1966. Get a solid confirmation of the VIN. If the car is one of the 500 GT350s made in 1965, its like gold. If its a 1966 GT350H, that's pretty cool too. But get up close and personal with...

    Drum brake power booster

My wife's '68 fastback has manual drum brakes all around. No problem for most people but her right foot is messed up from an injury she sustained in the Marine Corps. So I'm looking for a power booster kit to make things a little better for her but haven't found one yet. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Cobra Advice Please

Okay, here ya go. Not my best photo effort but I had the cars out on the slab this morning so... Thanks for the advice on sub-frame connectors etc. The Cobra is actually my wife's car, hope she lets me drive it more often!:D

    Cobra Advice Please

Update Ended up buying a white 99 Cobra vert for $11k in early Oct. The car is all stock, perfect condition, 61k miles. This is really my first "modern" high performance car, not counting a 1984 Chrysler Laser Turbo I used to have. Its nice being able to drive fast on mountain roads...

    Aftermarket Hoods, etc.

Hi y'all. I'm looking for a local store that carries aftermarket hoods and spoilers within fify miles or so of Wash DC. Trying to avoid the $190 shipping fee if I can. The parts are for my wife's 99 vert. So far, the closest place I can find is CJ Pony, other than the local Ford dealers...

    Cobra Advice Please

Thanks for the input, guys. Don't know much about the 03-04 Cobras but I'm trying to stay below $15k so.... I like the look of the 98 a lot, especially since its red. The 2001 is silver, and it seems like 70% of the cars on the road are silver these days.

    Cobra Advice Please

My wife and I have been looking at Cobra convertibles for the last month or so and have narrowed our search to two cars. One is 1998 with 56k miles for $13,400, the other is a 2001 with 70k miles for $14,500. Both have manual transmissions, are in great shape and are apparently stock. So...

Why cant I find any mustang hangouts around North V.A or lower Maryland?

The Capital Cruisin' website (http://www.capitalcruisin.com/cruisein.html) is pretty much always up to date. Might also want to consider the Saturday cruise at the Five and Diner in Fredericksburg.

Ford Show and Drag Racing, Hagerstown MD

LOL, that's what I'm worried about too... how do I get the Cat home if I break something on the drag strip? But what the hell, racing your driver is old school racing at its best!

Ford Show and Drag Racing, Hagerstown MD

Ford Show and Drags I didn't go last year but several people from the DelMarVa Cougar Club went. Here's a link to some (mostly Cougar) pics from last year's show; http://www.dcconline.org/Show_Photos/Mason_Dixon_2005/. Apparently this show is a lot of fun and it's a great opportunity to run...

    Purchased a 428 Cougar

Thanks! Actually, I'd LOVE to have a 385 block car in my life. I keep looking for a '71 Mustang vert with a 429-460. It's a fairly common conversion but I'll prolly end up doing it myself. In the meantime, this Cougar is my fourth FE-powered car so at least I'm kinda getting the hang of them...

All you 69'rs out there.....show yourself!

I think most people have seen pics of my 69 Mach 1, check my web site if you haven't. I'll be putting it up for sale later this month to make room for the Cougar project. It's been a blast but all things must pass. My next Mustang will probably be another 71 vert, this time with a 429-460.

    Purchased a 428 Cougar

The car is an XR-7 GT. So it has the XR-7 luxury options and the GT performance options (orginally had the 390 Marauder engine). Extremely rare combination, we'll see what the Marty report says. Has the leather interior. You couldn't get a factory sunroof on a 67 and in 68 it only came on...

    Purchased a 428 Cougar

It's a 67 S-code XR-7 GT. A previous owner pulled the 390 and put in a 428 out of a Torino. Also has the full Global West suspension. It's being shipped to me now, I should have it in a couple of weeks. You can see some pics at my web site: http://red428cat.tripod.com The Cougar...
