My car has been having problems lately... i thought it was the fuel pump. I replaced it and it ran great for a week then i thought it was tfi, fpr or ig coil. ...What im getting at is i know what the problem is now but i dont know what is causing it. Its hitting a fuel cut above 3000 rpm or...

What tells the pump that im going to full theottle. Im assuming that it gets a voltage bump when u pin it

I know what the problem is. At full throttle my fuel pressure drops to between 5 and 10 psi. Its not the regulator and i just replaced the pump. Maybe the pump already went bad. I installed the pump and it ran awesome for a week and then started doing the same things again as it did before

Stock valvetrain. Can they even come unadjusted? The exhaust is full length no cats only mufflers

I already said what codes i had. Egr no flow and rich condition

Oh and i had oreileys read my computer. The only codes that came up were egr no flow... isnt hooked up and something about being rich i believe.

I have a 1990 lx 5.0. It will not rev past 2500 rpm in neutral at full throttle or go past 4k in gear. It will however go past at part throttle. Its not a tps i tried the one on my dads car. I have changed fpr, fuel pump, fuel filter, tfi module, ignition coil, temp sending unit, iat sensor...

and also both cams are open at tdc. I understand that because of the different durations the valve will be open different amounts but I feel like that would be almost an irrelevant amount

with the 270 cam with the 1.6:1 rockers that come in the top end kit it would have .512"lift. with the 276 cam it would be the same lift but 6* more duration on in. and ex. I guess that I don't see why I would have clearance issues.. but this is the first time I have done this. 6* is a total...
