my 98 cobra does the same thing. Im sure the imrc's are part of the problem, but i think a vacuum leak can also be part of the problem. I've tried to get answers on here lately about it but I never get a reply. Try Moddedmustangs.

Ok my stang finally threw a p1516 which is the imrc's. So this leads me into another question. Is there any way to fool the imrc controller to think the valves are open. If there is a way to do this then i will wire them open until I can afford to buy the tuner and tune them out.
