IT SOUNDS LIKE A FUEL PUMP PROBLEM, WHEN THE PUMP STRTS GETTING HOT THEY WILL SHUT DOWN, NEED TO TEST IT.

I have seen some TPS,do good when cold ,but as they warm up and get hot.The surging begins.Even Though you have a fairly new tps.It still could be bad. One minute it could send a good signal to the ecm,and other times bad signal causing the surging,possible miss or skip!

I found the problem this morning. Double checked the wiring.Found one wire out of line.Wasn't connecting,once I relocated the wiring.The fuel pump started working.Which showed me I had a fuel leak. Fixed that,now have a oil leak.It's been something different ever since I got the fuel pump...

Ever who had the car before might have had his(her) mechanic spray it with w-d 40,which keeps moisture from build'g up in the cap. When metal gets hot and cools down it sweats,thats why it's so rusty!
