Just changed the PCV valve on my 90 Fox, All caked up. Recommend everyone do this, A mother to get to but a must do job.

Let me explain, water pump went out after 13 yrs of great service (got my monies worth). Some time ago I replaced my motor mounts cause they were just down to nothin. So I get the water pump replaced n notice my factory fan is all scuffed and has some cracks. I go ahead n change it. After all...

Belt is new, It just too much tension is all. I'll have to get the replacement smog pully n get original longer belt to relieve the tension to Fac specs :( I guess I can keep the shorter belt as an emergency belt just in case smog delete pully goes bad on me again

Entire unit was replaced.

My fear with WD-40 is I think it may damage the bearings? not sure, I'll try the belt dressing. I'll try both methods n se what up.....

Its the Pully, I can rev it up while looking at it. Its been changed 3 times but still makes same squeek sound. Worst case scenario I have to buy the smog pully replacement and the longer belt to releave tension on pully wheel :( Right now the tension needle marks 50% All I can think of based...

Fortunately here in Fl there is no inspection, I wouldn't pass if they did. I change the oild like clock work n have replaced most part as needed with better aftermarket upgraded parts. Funny I remeber like it was yesterday when made my first MOD n after that I was hooked :)
