i have the dual plug head__________but so uou think if i shave the head...add a CAM full 2 1/2 inch exhaust and intake i couldnt get round 70 hp? one of my friends told me this so im just asking around diffrent forums???...

Ok iv heard of people swapping in a volvo head to a 2.3 but I don't want to do that aside from that what can I do to my stock 4 cy to gain some extra power I can feel I'm willing to spend 2k iv so heard I can shave port etc the "head /intake.) Is it worth it and are there. Any problems? Thanx...

any guys that have rebuilt a motor or worked on cars (did you learn by reading books manuel etc. selft taught) or did yall go to school/college for it? m 20 yrs old i want to start college next fall but i dont know if i want to goto automotive technology ( wich is what i would love to work on...

okay so i bought a car that was converted to an "electric fan" well it stopped working thought it was burnt so i took it off and tested it with a battery{nope it was good} so my question is are the sensors on the radiator messed up or what??

ok so i currently drive an automatic might buy this 5speed gt with a "short throw shifter" how much harder is it to drive with this done to it and how does it work? ps: iv always drivin automatics!!

lol maybe ill just wait till my tranny :leghump:s up then haha im trying to sell the car as it stands but if it doesent sell ill just keep it till it messes up and slowly start the 5speed swap

how much did it cost you to do the swap? i hear its complicated....did yo do the work ya self or take it to a shop?

yea iv heard bad things about the automatic transmissions in the 5.0 im not sure weather to get it rebuilt or just sell it and get me a 5speed............but thanks man ill check out lentech/PA

so even if i have an e303 cam/f303 thiers no need for a stall con,?? i found a place that can rebuild for $900

can i put a shift kit/stall if i just get the aod rebuilt at a shop or whatever?

my transmission is slowly dying, i use my car for daily driving only i want to replace it soon but im not sure what would be best an aod trans from LateModelRestoration....or a c4?? i still want the car too have the best performance ................might be using it for street racing
