I've got a white 96 cobra and I've been thinking about getting it painted. I was wanting to get some opinions, the colors I am thinking about are dark shadow grey or atlantic blue. Any opinions?

Well the bassani had a deeper sound, the dr.gas has an exotic racey sound. I've seen better gains with the dr.gas, a friend of mine had one on his car and I liked the sound. As far as quality goes the dr.gas wasn't bad, I guess the bassani was just a better looking pipe but you're also comparing...

I just traded my bassani o/r X for a Dr. Gas. The quality and fit of the bassani is better but I LOVE the sound of the dr.gas X-pipe. I'm running it with borla pro xs mufflers, it's pretty quiet but has an exotic sound when you get on it.

Doesn't rub at all, I have steeda quad shocks but they are not flipped, no wheel spacers and it is lowered with eibach springs.

My car made 523rwhp/420rwtq with an S-trim and stock motor, it's still a daily driver and very tame on the street until you get into boost. You could run your stock motor for a while with the supercharger as long as you have a good tune and don't abuse it too much.

Well the pic didn't come out great but maybe you can get the idea. I usually run my tire pressure at 20-22psi on the street, if you go much higher the middle of the tire will wear out alot quicker. Let me know if you need another pic.

If you want to save some money you can get the Borla Pro XS mufflers and have them welded in place of your stock mufflers. I have them on my car and they sound great, not loud even with an O/R x pipe. This is where I got mine from http://www.exhaustproslinc.com/exhaustpros/bortur.html

IMO the Dr.Gas x-pipe sounds awesome, if you run it with a straight through muffler like a borla or a magnaflow then it's not that loud. As for quality it looked fine to me but it comes in 5 pieces so you will have to get it welded. I have a bassani o/r x on my car but my friend has a Dr Gas on...

I have the nitto 315's on a 17X9 cobra R. They fit very good but they do fun smaller than the BFG's. I'll get pics as soon as I can.

I've seen where alot of people have had good luck with the boost-a-spark, how much are they? I had originally planned on a dis 4 but have seen many people that have had problems with them. cob99, are you running the plasma booster n/a or with a power adder?

I'm running a vortech s-trim and I need to upgrade the ignition. The only 2 I've really seen are the MSD dis-4 and the plasma booster. Which one would be better?
