I don't think it does but I could be wrong. Also on the blinker when you use it does show a green flashing arrow or is it black like no sound no flashing arrow. and how old are the low beam bulbs.

Check your Owners manual but it should be under the dash on the drivers side with a big yellow box you cant miss it.

Try replacing the bulbs. If there still not working it could be a bad ground connection, or could be a bad signal relay.

I use AMMO MUD Tire Gel it gives a very nice matte finish its not super shiny like most other tire shines. And it can also be used on plastic trim.

Ok guys I fixed the problem drum roll please................IT WAS THE GOD DAMN FUEL FILTER!!!!!!!!! Now it starts up instantly and doesn't stall anymore. :D
