Team Ford in Marietta is also doing a $1000 markup. I figured I would try a little math with them. If they build 100,000 GT's and it is considered limited edition and it constitutes a $1000 mark up, then that should make my Cobra worth something like $225,000 because of it's limited production...

It was a dud!! A 30 sec drive?? The new GT is far superior to this years though. It was a pretty fun event. I got to sit in the Ford GT. Awesome, incredible.. no other words can explain that supercar...

Where did you find that Sainted? I new there was only an inch or so difference but it makes a huge difference visually. That's why the Shelby's always looked a little different.

Well, I regret buying mine. You get tired of people asking you about it, having to show it off to friends, at every red light someone wants a race...... and you beat them everytime. That all gets tiring after awhile... think I'll go buy a nice used Taurus.....LOL.....

Beautiful car!!! Actually, the original Shelby stripes on the 65 and 66 cars were not the same size all the way back, they got wider as it approached the windshield, stayed that same width over the roof, then narrowed as they went down the back of the trunk and rear end. Saw a special on it one...
