I am currently pushing 8-10psi with p1sc on an internally stock 2v Making about 410whp. I want to get a different pulley and go 15 psi and aim for 500rwhp but I know the internals won't handle it safely. What is the least expensive route to building the motor to handle that power?

Thanks for all the replies everyone, can I base the stickiness of tires on the treadwear number alone? For example I found some sumimotos(?) that are 200 for like 120$ each, I could afford to change them every year

Thanks for the info, I I'd not know there was such a difference in suspension types, I think I will get some bias ply slicks on different rims to put on when I want to race

I guess I am trying to find a good balance of ability to hook even in 1st (at least in 70+ degree temps) and not buying new tires every 4-7 months. Maybe I should get some used 17" spare rims and keep drag radials on them and switch over for fun weekends and stuff.

I saw the mt drag radials and figured they would hook good, my issue is that my car is a DD and I hear these only last about 5,000 miles, maybe those toyo's you mentioned will hook and last a bit longer

They have had different packages, that package was their 16,000$ package in 2001 for bullitt mustangs and included most of the work done on my car, charger, t56, gears, and suspension work

I am looking for anyone who has been able to find a street tire that will hook up, my g-force tires will not even hook in 3rd, barely in 4th. Is my only option to get drag radials? This car is a DD for me so I do not want to buy tires every few months. Any input would be appreciated.

My p1sc is an older model (from 2001) with the 3.20 pulley and there is an annoying squeak which goes away with a little bar soap but comes right back, so I ordered a gator back belt (1073), is that the right size and how hard is the install of a new belt? Any advice would be helpful
