Well I'm 95% positive it's the pip sensor. I took the spout off the distributor and car fired right up and runs fairly smooth. Is it possible it's just a bad spout?? Or is it the pip? I really appreciate everyone's help on this board by the way, thank you

Yea it is original dizzy so it's possible pip sensor. I charged the battery up today and I'm gonna try to get some more readings with the voltmeter

Installed some new plugs today. Started up and ran for a minute or so then shut off and wouldn't crank up again.
