OK ill give that a try. Mine does go into second but I can tell the synchro is no more. It engages but only at a certain rpm. Otherwise it with fuss and grind then grab. What rebuild kit did you use??

How much wider is the rear? If it's not too much wider, I still might swap it over and just get the fenders rolled out. But the rear will bolt directly in? And if i don't take the spindles, will the 5 lug upgrade be enough?

Ok. Well i could kick the fan on when the car gets above 180-200 Manually. Would that work just until the car cools? My car is Fuel injected. I dont know how to wire up a controller. I guess that is my issue
