okay so i have replaced the distributor and the ignition coil and all the plugs and wires and for some reason is still isnt getting spark. any thoughts?

it has a new fuel pump in it and yes it does turn on. but i did kinda smell gas in the fuel regulator

if the fuel pressure regulator is ad will that keep it from running? i feel like i smelt gas at the vacuum nipple but was not completely sure. i didnt see gas but felt like i smelt it. is there not suppose to be any gas at all in it?
