    4r70w Swap Or Aod Rebuild?

My AOD needs a rebuild. But reading around a cheaper option is a 4r70w from a pre 01 mustang 3.8l will bolt in with min mods and a controller. Which route would be more pocket friendly? Right now I'm running a slightly over stock 5.0, but will be doing a 331 build next year. So it will need...

    Maf Conversion

I picked up a a9p for my 87, so all I would need is a 94-95 gt sensor and the harness from late model? My car runs rich, but I am doing a 331 stroker next year, so I wanted a bit more to work with when I have it tuned.

    Wheels-Tires 87 8.8 To 02 8.8 Swap And 95 Fronts

Ok, I was mistaken on the width difference. It's a 31 spline, but all considering Imel going to swap it in. Was hoping to grab a set of wheels off a SN95 GT to use, but with the offset, I don't want to have to do body work to fit them.

    Thinking About Going E85

You may need new fuel lines, tank, and pump. E85 doesn't like normal fuel systems. My 13 F150 5.0 is flex, but I can't find it anywhere.

    Wheels-Tires 87 8.8 To 02 8.8 Swap And 95 Fronts

I think the 02 axle is about 1" wider than the 1987. What tire / wheel size / offset should I roll? Also swapping the front to a 95 spindle, I don't know how much difference there is of if I even need to worry about it.

Fox Picked Up Some Swap Parts, Couple Of Questions?

Found a complete 2002 8.8 and 95 front spindles. 8.8 has ford racing 3:73s. So, what size and back spacing should I look for on wheels and do I need to change anything with the brake booster? Also, which speedo gear do I need?

    Tq / Stall Converters?

Going to get my AOD rebuilt soon, looking at stall converters, lock up vs non? Also valve bodies, not sure if I want to go full manual valve body but want to step up the slush box. But I do want to use a pro stick shifter. Sorry I'm rambling, my niece had a major surgery today.

    Fox 87 Tilt Steering Column?

When I bought the car, it had no brakes, found that all of the bleeder valves was open, and only one bolt in the booster.

    Fox 87 Tilt Steering Column?

When I bought the car very cheap, I knew it was going to be a challenge, it amazes me though how people rig up important parts of the car. I can see using electrical tape on the radio wiring, but a steering wheel... Makes you go hmmm.

The Official Dtl (dorrito Tacos Locos) Thread

We have enough authentic enough Mexican joints around here I don't go to TB. Moe's is the closest to TB I will go to. A few friends came down for the Coca-Cola 600 and one is a general manager of TB in WV, he was shocked to find at the time the only TB in my area was burnt down. Now we have 2.

    Fox 87 Tilt Steering Column?

Need to source some parts in order to get my 87 driving again. On my tilt column, one of the 11 previous owners decided to rig up an after market steering wheel. In doing so, they buggered the shaft where the steering wheel connects, and the horn connection is no where to be found. Which will...

    Increase In Part Prices?

Diesel is the left overs from making gas, after that you get lube oils towards the bottom to be really simple on how it's made. More fuel efficient cars lowers the demand on the gas side of it. People are living farther out, more wal-target-marts being built to reach them, more fuel being used...
