94 GT runs like crap...have EEC test codes

I'm throwing this out, often gets overlooked on HEGO threads, An Always lean condition can be caused by vac leaks as well..car is getting un-metered air, and is not adjusting for it. Is the car running excessively rich? you can test a HEGO by seeing if it's switching, from low (near zero) to...

    Runin' Rich

If you have a vac leak, the HEGO [Heated Exhuast Gas Oxygen](O2, Lambda, whatever) sensor sees unburnt air,(lean) and pours fuel in to compensate. my 5.0L was leaking through a EGR delete plate and did the same thing. Pull your plugs, and see if it's just one cylinder, or all of them that...

    331 I'm lost..

ok, so no special piston is required, opposed to the 347? So, I can use some .040 over pistons that i bought before thinking of stroking, buy the aftermarket rods, and crank, have the needed machine work done, and bolt it back together? (it will be around a 333 when it's forty over though)...

    331 I'm lost..

OK, never done much engine building, and from the searches, it seems everybody does somthing different. but - Do I have this right - the 331 CAN use a stock bore, but usually uses a specialized piston? There will be notching of the cylinder walls to allow the crank adequate room to rotate...
