I appreciate your help. The mirror head is loose where it rests on the base plate on top of the door.I will take a picture when I get home to clear up any confusion.

Hello all, I need some help. I restored my car about 5 years ago and now the driver's side mirror head is loose. I dont remember how it is. can I tighten it at the top by removing the two phillips screws, or does the door panel have to come off? It is the "power" mirror with the cable...

I bought these at a auto swap for $50 and they look great, work great, but do I need to install a relay with them? My wiring harness and headlight switch are new.? isn't 55 watts the same?? thanks for any replys:nice:

I took mine to a good upholstery place and bought it through them installed it was around $ 300. for a plastic window. I would recommend getting one with a glass window the plastic scratches and is hard to clean without making more. Find a shop that either has a lot of old cars being restored...

I have manual disc brakes in the front. If you can swing the extra $300 get the power brake setup, but the manual discs stop fine.

I bought mine thru the local mustang shop here in san diego. but both the shops (2) here could order them. they were TMI products which is what you want. I have seen it at few parts suppliers. but I cant think of them right now.

I took out my expensive console and bucket seats to put the bench in. I paid about $65 buck on ebay for it but I like it alot. They even make pony interior for them.Just like benches better. I have a 65 convertible and out of the 75k or so made 2k had benches.
