Does Ford think we're Stupid? 315 horse? what the hell!

If I am supposing correctly I would wager TwinForce was the engineering project nickname, and EcoBoost was the product of the rainmakers at Ford. I am  too.

    2010 Mustang?

Does not look like the Italian concept in overall shape. Looks more like the concept Mustang in 2004. How many times do I have to say that in this forum? Does everyone have memory issues?

Does Ford think we're Stupid? 315 horse? what the hell!

The powerplants are in the works. We don't need anything official. Did you doubt there was a new mustang when it wasn't "official". We know they are working on higher output V-8's for the Mustang trucks. We also know the EcoBoost is coming soon. (Old nickname was TwinForce.)

Interesting that I have a pair of 69 highback seats that I contemplating on switching back to original style since it's not my daily driver anymore. FYI-69 seats will bolt right in assuming you find a pair with the tracks intact. How are the tracks on your front seats? I am mainly curious...

    silly inner fender question

It has gone through multiple hinges due to that sheetmetal cracking. I think I am going to re-infornce it with a steel plate on the other side of the sheetmetal. I really don't want to spot weld anything at the moment.

    silly inner fender question

I need to replace the inner fender piece behind the shock tower on the drivers side. It's causing my hood hinge to bend in all sorts of directions. I swore it's an involved process to take off the outer fender to get to this. Which means unbolting it from the radiator support, and taking...

at first you don't succeed, try try again.

Hi, long time, no see. Not really tech, so it goes in the talk section. Last September I had the drivers side headgasket go south for the winter. I finally got off my lazy butt and fixed it. Here is why I lost motivation. (pic below) I stupidly left a rag where the cylinder head goes...

    Gauge Mod Help

2 5/8" fit perfectly but requires a bit of work. 2 1/16" fit okay but only requires washers to hold them in place. the 5" monster gauges require some creativity. The senders will use the same wiring harness, but you'll have to use the included gauge senders instead of the stockers. (buying...

    Scorched a head gasket!

overheating will cause a failure of gaskets. Headgaskets leaks are common without warpage.
