I thot the red looked AWESOME. I didnt think that it matched up with the red on the car tho. I'd pick the Black pony with that red interior.

If I remember correctly, not all dealers have to honor the xplan. They can choose not to provide a vehicle through the xplan pricing. Just wouldnt make sense cause ford kicks them back the difference. just FYI. I got my 02 mustang through the xplan, very smooth process.

I run my car pretty hard and my motor blew at 11,500(thankfully ford replaced it under warranty). 02 GT vert.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before or not....but I'd love to get my hands on the ford GT seats for my ponycar. Any one know if they are available somewhere? :D

Heh, actually my next alarm is a toss up between the new G5 cliffords, or an Ultrastarter. The new G5's are cool cause you can hook em up to your computer and customize.

How do you do that exactly? My guy basically took the chip out of the key and mounted it inside the steering column...which seemed a little sketchy to me...but what else can you do?

With the Ultrastarters there are some hoops you have to jump through to enable the remote start(basically what scud said). I have an audiovox alarm, and my alarm guy did some crazy stuff to allow the remote start to work on my car. I eventually had him disable it. Ran into way too many problems...

I actually have/had it installed on my car. Its illegal to have remote start on a manual..in california? in USA? not sure where the line is. I would recommend an ultrastarter alarm system, as they design their alarms specifically for manual remote start setups.
