Where did you ever hear bad things about ABC Exclusives?? I've seen several people that were very happy with their products and have always felt that they were a good company. I've heard bad things about Cincinnati Composites and companies like that, but never ABC. :shrug:

And then what would you have? Just a stock PI motor. To get that farther you would still have to pay for port-work, cams, etc. I guess there is really no convincing you that there is a use for NPI heads.

Not very much more than a good ported and polished PI headswap with a good set of cams. And you are not putting yourself at a disadvantage. Here's the point I was trying to make: For someone with a non-PI engine that is looking to go fast NA without spending very much money, then yes...

The real point is that it would be a car intake as opposed to a truck intake. See that is how Ford uses the Modular engines in so many different vehicles. The truck intakes are for torque for pulling stuff, but they don't full advantage of the engine as far as horsepower potential goes...

I think it is an optical illusion after looking at it a couple of times and thinking about how long the runners on a stock plastic intake would be if it was off the car. It is definitely taller though, but just not that tall.
