It probably sounds fine, but you're missing out on HP by not having some sort of crossover.

9psi MIGHT get you to 300rwhp. Just think, air pressure at sea level is 14.7psi. *roughly now* 14.7psi = 210 bhp 23.7psi ~= 345bhp... or ~300rwhp If you are then adding 9 more psi, it's not going to magically double the efficiency of your engine.

You obviously don't know what you are talking about. Your brakes should have more than enough clamping force to lock your tires, hence ABS. So if you brakes can lock your tires, what additional benefit does downshifting do?...it can LOCK your tires up, ABS ain't gonna save you from that...

Make sure its not something dumb, like water in there. That would make the bulb explode when you turn it on the first time and you probably wouldn't notice.

Just to let you know, it doesn't make the RPM's FLY down at light speed. If you are speed-shifting, I doubt you will even notice a drop. Buuut, when you are driving around like normal, the RPM's will drop quickly enough so that when you let the clutch out for the next gear, there usually isn't...

Or you could have a wheel bearing going bad, that is just heating everything up.... It can drag like a warped rotor when brakes(load) is applied to it.
