Brakes Right front and left rear brakes locked up.

It is doubtful that the master cylinder is causing it as they are split front/rear. Not diagonally. If it is hydraulic pressure causing it, the easy way would be to loosen or remove the bleed screws from the offending wheel cylinder

My muscle car identifies as an Eco-vehicle

MY MUSCLE CAR IDENTIFIES AS AN ECO-VEHICLE! Statistics, based on a quick google search, indicate that the average gasoline powered vehicle produces approximately 24 tonnes of carbon dioxide during its life cycle. Depending on the information you use, anywhere from 25% to 50% is produced during...

69 shelby center exhaust on 68 fastback?

Anything is possible with enough effort, I made it work on my 65, it is extremely tight between the fuel tank and valence, had to narrow the exhaust “manifold “ from pipes to centre. And fill the license cut out in the rear bumper. I am very pleased with the outcome, and is the only 65 I’ve ever...

    Can't Get It To Run

Sounds like your timing is out. If you have fuel and spark, it should run. If the spark is at the wrong time..... not so much. Check timing/timing chain, perhaps jumped a tooth or two

    65 Fastback front end rise

i'm not sure if you found a solution or not, but are you sure its actually the front causing the problem? bump steer is merely the toe changing during suspension travel.........by definition it isn't holding the front end up. the first time I installed cal-trac bars in the rear, I had them...

Advice need: Mustang II rack in a 68

I'm fairly certain that the Mustang II is a front steer system, which means to convert to rear would require major fabrication, and probably more cost and bother than its worth. hope it helps gtss

    fuel efficient 289?

I have read this thread over and over and I just have to through my 2 bits in. firstly, I firmly beleive 90 % of the fuel economy concerns are driver induced, if you drive around town at 4000rpm...you will get crappy fuel economy. and you deserve it. if, as said by others, you build a...

    Help With fuel ??

that should be all you need to go electric, I run one on mine, naturally aspirated.I beleive anything over about 7 psi will push the needle off the seat in the carb. pay attention to where you mount the pump, most electrics like to push fuel rather than pull can you not just replace the...

    Running Rich Or ?

I doubt its fuel pump related, if the pressure were too much it would be pushing the needle off its seat, which would result in flooding to a point of stalling, and possibly fuel coming out of the float bowl vents. More than likely you have a choke issue, either incorrectly adjusted so its...

    My car smells inside

Chances are the insulation under the carpet is also wet and musty as well. I would lift the carpet, possibly even remove the seat to lift all of it, and let it thoroughly dry , possilby use some of the above mentioned odor removal methods on the insulation and carpet gtss

1966 coupe - Shoulder seat belts install help

yes, golf is correct I'm saying in the event that it breaks away, there would be too much slack. And I'm not saying it won't work, I'm simply asking the question. Auto makers spend billions crash testing, and has anyone actually tested them. i would be shocked if the supplier of these kits...

1966 coupe - Shoulder seat belts install help

I have a 65 fastback, lap belts and have never had any real desire to install 3 point belts. Having said that I am playing devil's advocate here Has anyone actually tested the 3 point system added to a 65/6 the structure was never designed to support a seat belt anchor during a crash. and if...
