Thanks, nice 60' time! but yeah, its not the tires!! that i know, i can feel it trough the tranny/rear end. I'm 90% sure it's the DS, plus it's a good cheap mod, so it's not a waste of money.

I would suggest that you buy a beater car to learn to drive on! Why take a perfectly good new car to learn to drive on? You're going to make mistakes learning how to drive. When you have a nice car you need to know how to read the road, watching for debris, stones, big bumps in the road...

I raced a WRX, 5 speed about 2 weeks ago...must suck to have TURBO LAG! we only raced up to about 60mph, but with my 4.10's he didn't have a chance, i beat him by about 3-4 car lengths (that's what he said). so i was happy!

Last fall before i put my car away for the winter i had my 4.10's put in and i noticed a weird vibration around 110-120 mph (i let off after 120,so i'm not sure if it would have went away). I figured it was probably my bald rear tires, but i now know it's not the tires. I have brand new tires on...

Ok i have a 96 mystic that hasn't had the "fix" done to it because it's never ran hot! This year it seems to be running hot, between the "L" and the red line. Can i take care of my running hot problem by going with an aftermarket performance radiator? Need to get this fixed ASAP, just...

I'm looking to 1) get my car dyno'd 2) have a chip dyno tuned to my car, hence why i need a tuner! I have a mechanic (also my best friend) who works on my car and modifies it for me. problem is finding a dyno tuner Cohoes huh, i'll have to do some research and see if i can find a tuner shop...

There HAS to be a tuner in the city! I can't see how NY can possibly have no mustang tuners or speed shops with Dyno's....i looked into starting one myself, need 50k just for the Dyno!!

I live in upstate NY and can't find any tuners locally...the city is only a couple hours away so i figure there MUST be a good tuner in the city, just not sure where to go? thanks in advance... :nice:

Cobravenom....my gears have been great! you can hear a small whine, but that is because of the Tri-Ax. With a stock shifter you probably wouldnt' hear the whine. But NO i don't hear a "rear end" whine with the Motive gears, so far so good! Hopefully soon i'll be able to figure out...

Just go to Tirerack.com I just bought 4 new tires from tirerack for 400 bucks, can't beat it!! I got Kuhmo's ECSTA's they look awesome (car isn't on the road yet, damn northeast). If you're just going to do burnouts and have fun with your tires, get some cheap ones! can't beat 100 bucks a...

Doogz, I don't have any dyno #'s (only cause i don't know where to get my car dyno'd in Upstate NY)...but also, i only installed the densecharger from the TB to the fenderwell...i didn't do a MAF, which may have helped out a little more...I say do the CAI, just don't expect "feeling" any...

Exhaust Get yourself an exhaust!!! you WILL most definitely notice an increase in RWHP with an O/R H pipe (or X pipe)...then some gears, that's all you need!!

Well don't plan on picking up too many ponies with a Densecharger or any other CAI...like i said you're lucky if you get 2-4 and that isn't RWHP either...you won't notice anything different when driving after the install, just looks better under the hood...that's been my experience...

yeah, it's still a bigger pain in the ass then you think it's going to be, especially for maybe 2-4 hp increase....but it looks better then teh stock air box!!

No difference You will not feel any noticable difference once the Densecharger is on. I think it's mostly for looks, plus you can hear the air rush in when you initially tap the gas pedal. That's about it. P.S. it's a pain in the ass to get the air filter inside of your wheel well!
