It turns out that the problem was the computer's internal signal ground was burned up just like in Joel5.0's pic. I was able to replace the ecu but I don't want it to happen again. What could have caused that to happen?

I'll have to check it when I go through "the surging idle checklist", but I was thinking that between braking AND turning it's using enough vacuum to stall the motor(?) I even thought about adding one of those vacuum reserve canisters. Any thoughts on that?
