I'm using a hand tool and this thing does not want to bolt down, because the bolt is supposed to be torqued 30 ft lbs.:shrug:

I called Vortech and they told me it's not possible if I used this same pipe on an A-Trim... :rolleyes: I was not impressed with there customer service department this time, they didn't even offer any suggestion... they just told me it should go right on which is not happening

i'm thinking that the pipe is just to long, what do you guys think?

yea this sucks, the blowers are almsot identical in size and I used this same discharged tube with my A-Trim blower...No matter what way I try it won't fit.... I am being :owned:

Stupid question, but how do you get the blower belt off a Vortech A-Trim?

Whats the scoop on the Vortech Manifold... good/bad? any idea on why they stopped making it?

this happen to me on monday of this week, my new wires and heat shield will be here tommorow.. for now it's doing ok with electrical tape until tommorow :rlaugh:

had a problem in my 89 where one of the wires hit my BBK Headers and caused all sorts of problems... I'd get Msd wires plus the heating shield they have for em' the BBK's have a tendency to get the underhood temps hot.. just something to look into

Those tires probably aren't helping you, what kind of gears do you have? what was your A/F on the pulls? Timing? give us some more info so we can try to help you out better :)

alot of people dislike edelbrock carbs, never had a problem with em'. For refrence point, my 351c with headers and some other bolt-ons ran like CRAP with a Holley 750 on it. I ended up using the edelbrock 650 I had and it was a dream. I'll tell you i'd look at a demon carb. They come really damn...

where is the idle screw located as well?
