Streetstang03,
If the car is still doing it on warm starts could it still be the IAC? My car started doing the same thing as in the original post very infrequently a few months ago and has gotten prgressively worse. Funny thing is it only seems to happen after I get a new tank of gas until...
I though I read somewhere that during testing with the '05 GT they also found that the irs actually made the cornering performance worse than the solid rear axle did. Am I dreaming or does anyone else remember reading that?
Sorry to disappoint you twogts4us but it seems that using the Seafoam did not EFF up my Mustang ;)
I sprayed about 1/3 the can in through the PVC Valve and dumped a whole can in the gas tank and then let the car sit for about 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes I ran her like hell! The first...
Thank you for the replies everyone, it is all very helpful :nice: :hail2:
JonJon the website says to use it every 2,000-5,000 miles for peak performance, I do not plan to use it that much. Maybe every 10-20k miles  I have 42k on my car now and it feels like my car gets bogged...
Bump for help purposes!
I am about to use Seafoam on my car this weekend (10/2/04) and I am not very good with mechanic type stuff and have heard that it is best to let the Seafoam get sucked through the PCV Valve and was wondering if someone had a link to pictures (I have searched but have...
Maybe it is just me but I do not like Mustangs with the stripe along the bottom of the doors with the word Mustang in it (like in this chop) :nonono: I think it makes the car look cheap for some reason
The first chop with the bigger wheels from the second chop minus the side...
The damage is not super bad but it did gash just a little bit, luckily it is only on the outter rim where the wheel meets the tire so hopefully sanding it down some like in the link (or finding a shop to do it for me) will make it very close to new!!
Thank you all for your responses :hail2...
Coming home tonight being tired and having an a-hole behind me with the brights on blinding me I turned too sharp to park along the curb and hit the curb just enough to scratch up about an inch or two of my wheel :bang:
Well needless to say I am pissed off at myself right now for...
SeaFoam- Need Mechanic Type Advice!!
A co-worker informed about a product to clean carbon deposits called Seafoam, so I went to their website http://www.seafoamsales.com/motorTuneUpTechGas.htm and found out that you can use it on your oil and gas tanks as well.
Has anyone on here used this...
Damn, I feel like I paid too much!! I got mine (18x9 '03 cobra replica, high polish aluminum) from ebay for like $1100, that was for wheels and tires!
To answer your question, yea I like mine a lot!! Just wish I had more time to keep them shining.
Thank you :nice:
I am not planning on replacing the whole assembly, I just want to replace the bulbs since that is all that is necessary. I am going to just replace both so there is no "one side is brighter than the other" incidents.
DISCLAIMER: I have never owned a car with fog lights before nor have I looked underneath my car to see how to change the fog lights as of yet because I just found out this morning I had one go out on me. :bang:
To replace the fog light on my '01 GT, do I have to buy the whole assembly or...
