ok so i go from bad ground* having no fuel pressure* to now no spark DAMN FORDS.

Bad ground at the relay.... no idea how or why but yea thats it

Ok UPDATE: i definatly got spark. i got the **** shocked outta me lol. so i though it was the fuel filter. we pulled that off and i was told to try to prime it while it was off. if fuel pump was working it'll spray fuel well that did't happen so its either outta gas *but my guage says its...
