The simco website says that 1999-2004 is the same cluster. The only clusters that are different are: Mustang V6 2001 Bullitt 2003-2004 Mach 1

I've installed the Simco gauge cluster and it is fairly easy. Took about 1 hour. I would highly suggest the Simco unit. High quality and much cheaper (almost $200 cheaper) than the autometer. Heres a picture of mine: Here's a couple of links for you also, hope this helps...

They are the same. The DM settings will work. I believe Brothers contracts their speed cals out from DM or vice versa.

If you are worried about the rocks hitting the rear fender, just add the clear plastic vinyl. You won't notice it, and it protects great.

Yeah thats a pretty common problem with Magnaflow tips. Take one of the set screws out of the other side, run to the hardware store and pick up some more set screws and thread locker. Adjust the tips back to where you want them, put thread locker on all the set screws and you should be good...
