B Springs I've had the FRPP B springs on my Mustang for about 2 years now...they're great all-around springs in my exp. They get rid of the SUV look, provide a subtle forward rake and work fine with the stock suspension equipment. Handling improves, but you can still go over speed bumps...

What kills me is that Ford has a ton of great looking 5.0 covers, but NONE for the 2v 4.6. Certainly Ford could have managed ONE in the nearly ten years' worth of 4.6s in Mustangs... :mad:

Same here. My '02 just started doing it as well. Intermitant though. I removed the dome light bulb for the time being, but I'm told a good lubing of the door switch will do the trick...

I'd go for exhaust. Best money I've ever spent on my Mustang, grin-factor-wise. The Bullitt/Torque Thrust D style wheels are very attractive, esp. with the car's other retro styling cues, so why replace? But the stock exhaust just doesn't do a pony car justice. You could probably do...

Solo Racing is half mental, half driving. If they allow it, walk the course beforehand as many times as you can. You want to have it in your head as much as possible. Identify the best route through the gates and the correct apex points in the turns. Also, when walking, squat down to get...

Good luck. I'm sure you'll be hooked; with your setup, you'll probably do quite well and turn in better times than some better cars. Just remember: find the right apexes, slow in, fast out and be as smooth as Billy Dee Williams... :banana:

Beat me to the punch...I measured mine as well, and yep, 2.5" in diameter (with 7/8" hole in the middle).

At least with the FRPP pins, yes. The pins themselves have screw threads (and accompanying nuts) so they can be raised and lowered as needed. :nice:

Scuff plate is about 3 inches in diameter, if I recall correctly. I'll measure mine tonight when I get home to be exact. :nice:

The pin itself is about the size of your index finger. I have a set of the FRPP, but don't have it with me right now...

A Ford Tempo?! Jeeze...Ford moved past those more than 10 years ago. I don't think you can even find them at used car lots anymore... Contrast this with the even more ancient Chevy Cavalier, which was finally put to death only last year (and I'm sure plentiful on the dealer's lots) :rolleyes:
