Well...I'm a half-full type of person...but also a realist when it comes to life...(as in hope for the best but prepare for the worst). Good thing it's not a daily driver :}

Ok here's the crazy thing...I put 12vlts to the pump..nothing happened...I released...made contact again to the source (12 volt battery) and boom, it kicked on and ran. I then proceeded to put the battery back in the car. Turn the ignition, had fuel pressure, car started, drove the car 1 hour...

That's a great idea...never though of just putting 12 volts to the pump conector by itself. I'm measuring FP with an auto meter fuel gauge inside the car...but it's the one that does it with out piping gas into the car.

Sorry, forgot to mention that I ruled that out first...light turns off after 3 secs when ignition is turned on.
