You can buy a Haynes manual at any auto parts store usually and it has a basic diagram in there of the ignition stuff. A Chilton manual will give you greater detail, but they cost a little more. I just used my Haynes manual to wire up a push button ignition on my Cobra.

I would also clean out the fuel system. It's possible you have a clogged injector or two as well.

There are hundreds of online places to buy parts and many of them are priced well. You just need to search around on the web and find what you want and the best price for it. Summit Racing is a very good place, they have excellent customer service if there's a problem.

The stock ignition system is pretty good on your car. It's more than able to handle your stock N/A car. Even after I was supercharged for a year I was still on the stock ignition system and it was fine. I added my DIS-4 down the road because I wanted to ensure spark with 12lbs of boost...

If you plan on installing a power adder down the line then I'd say you'd be better off to wait. It'd be a waste to do it now because if you added a power adder then your cams and tune would need to be changed all over again to give you the best performance.

It would be an expensive project for sure. You don't mention what else you have done to your car. Straight cams themselves might not get you that much, though they could, but if you had them done and already have a supercharger then it's surely possible you'd make that power.

That's a pretty vague question as there as so many variables. It depends on many things like if it's tuned right to how you drive it to what's done to it, etc.

There would be no benefit to change anything pre 98 because they are exactly the same.

I'm almost sure it won't work. The 99+ digital clusters are controlled by the EEC. 98's and below use a mechanical speedometer cable.

Actually, yes they are on the same assembly line. I've toured the plant as I'm a supplier and they make all models on the same line and in no particular order.
