I HAVE A 65 FASTBACK. I WANT TO PUT A 1000 STALL TORQUE CONVERTER ON IT. BUT I WANT TO HAVE THE TORQUE CONV WHEN I TARE THE CAR DOWN. DOES THE STOCK FLYWHEEL TAKE THE 10.5 CONVERTER OR 11" CONVERTER?

What is the stock balance of a 65 289? 28oz or 50oz? (damper and flywheel)

Are the 68 and 69 front mounting bolt holes the same distance apart? I know the body style changed but did the foot print for the seat mounting change? Does anyone know?

Just my opinion. I do like them but I don't! I think the older style steel wheels look better on the older stangs. But it does kinda grow on me. :shrug:

It depends on what you want to do? If you don't care about your warranty go with the chip and pulley. I went the cheap route and did the exhaust and cai. I got off the dyno last week and pulled 400.8 rwhp. :nice: Here is my dyno run sheet link...

The 03 the coils are already covered. The 94 I cover the dist. I haven't had any problem with belt slipping on any of the cars. I forgot one thing. I use my air gun a blow out areas I can't reach and get the excess water out.

On my 65's I cover the carb and dist. Then hose the whole engine and fire wall down . I try not to get any on the ext paint. I put towels over the fenders when spraying the cleaner. Let it sit for a few, washer her down with water. Then go in with the towel to wipe up all the water. Check my...

Steam works good. Also Gunk engine cleaner also works good. I like the new gunk that has the citrus in it. It cleaned up my alum intake on my 65 fastback great. It had fuel stains on it and this stuff took it off!

I still like the flyer. You did a great job on it! Keep up the good work.
