Any Young Mustang owners out there??????

I was about 12 or so when my dad bought a 65 mustang and we restored it. Used to be an I6 with a 3 spd. We swapped in a 302 and a toploader. We also left the front I6 springs in for an agressive stance. 10 years later and it's still my dad's daily driver. When I turned 15 we searched for a 71-73...

    Wilwood brake dis(c)appointment

Actually, you should have it set so the fronts lock up before the rears. It is MUCH safer on the roads this way. Otherwise, the front end becomes a pivot and your rear-end comes out (like my car does :( ) -Alan

BEST TOOL FOR WHEEL FITMENT MOCK_UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't support any weight. You just use it to check for fender clearances and such. Probably just take the springs outta the front..keep the rear on stands. That way you can move the front suspension throughout its entire course. I like it.

    seats and headlights

I just did a 14 hour roadtrip in my '73 with stock seats. It really wasn't that bad. What was bad was my timing suddenly going from "correct" to about 90* retarded. Now that'll keep ya from falling asleep on the road. As for headlights I found an old set of SEV Marchal Euro French Spec...

    1971 Mustang Boss

#1f01f194718 1=1971 f=Assembly plant, Dearborn, MI 01=2Dr. Hardtop f=302 V8 2V NOT a boss, but a good starting point for a fun car. If it's in good shape as you say then have fun with it. It seems as though it has the Mach 1 cosmetic options as well, which looks good on that car. Good...
