You would be better off just taking the whole rearend off..It will only take you a couple of hours if you never did it before..beware of the lower control arm bolts though..they are a PITA to remove!!

No Joke..I got to drive this thing 30 miles each way to work and the motor is reving at like 2500 on the freeway..It must be my american thunders is why its so loud but the motor has 150k on it and I want to baby it till next winter so I can put my 347 stroker in it..the rearend kicks a$$...

I had to deal with the evil control bolts last weekend and I never did get them out..I cut the control arm in half!! I was installing a rear end though and put new bbk control arms on..BTW..if you decide to cut them with a sawzall..be prepared to spend about an hour for each bolt and 5 sawzall...

Follow up to the control arm bolts..THEY SUCK!!! I tried everything and finally said fu$% it and went to summit and bought bbk lower control arms but the damn things didnt come with the bolts and they said they dont know where to get them..anyhow, I got back to the garage and sawed the damn...

I dont have access to an air hammer so I guess I will keep trying to beat it out..It probably wont work because it seems the bolt has become one with the bushing..my other option is to go up to summit and see if they have lower control arms and bolts and if they do, I will sawzall the control...
