Are you talking about the little blue things where you clamp it down on the wire making a splice (tapping in to the wire)? you can get those at any autoparts store

On mine the foglight are next to the convertable harness in the center console under the bucket, they just sit there waiting to be used. you can get a swtich from ford that fits where the coin holders are
